Borrowing FIBO Items, Equipment, or Assets for Off-site Use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To borrow any items, equipment, or assets from FIBO for use outside the institute, personnel or students must fill out a general request form (\u0e2a\u0e17\u0e19.01)<\/strong>. This form can be downloaded from: https:\/\/t2m.io\/imzWpuJ<\/a>
Please fill in the details of the items to be borrowed, the reason for borrowing, and the borrowing period<\/strong>. At a minimum, you must inform your advisor and obtain their signature as a consent<\/strong> for taking the items off-site. Afterwards, please submit the document to Khun Akekalak at the office on the 2nd floor<\/strong>. If you have any questions, you can contact him at 024709721 or Email: akekalak.sup@kmutt.ac.th
Once the information is submitted, you can track the status and approval result<\/strong> at: https:\/\/t2m.io\/Cf3tdOJ<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
